Roma & Dylan - Edinburgh
Roma & Dylan had planned a ceremony in the Scottish highlands but couldn't come to Scotland without spending some time in the stunning city of Edinburgh. We walked through the streets on a Wintery December day, with shouts of congratulations and bagpipes echoing down the famous Royal Mile. These photos show the contrast between the cityscape and the rugged mountains of the highlands - each location is beautiful in its own way.

Glencoe elopement
Roma and Dylan envisioned being married in front of the Three Sisters in Glencoe - a famous set of three distinct ridge lines that are a popular landmark to visit in the area. When I asked them what inspired them to travel to the highlands for their wedding, they shared that they wanted to elope somewhere that had the "wow" factor and felt mountainous and very different from their home. And Scotland delivered! The mist swirled around the mountain tops, and combined with the soft Winter light, their day felt like a romantic cinematic film.

Kind words from roma & Dylan
How do I even begin to say enough kind things about the person who gave us the photos of our dreams?
Lina is one of those people that just omits peace and tranquility. When deciding to elope to Scotland, we felt intimidated but the second we met with Lina, we knew that we needed her on our team. She not only provided breathtaking photography, she served as our unofficial guide to all things Scotland and really took the time to be intentional with us as a couple. I felt like she was an old friend from the very beginning. She was so kind and generous with us and I really felt like she was someone we could rely on.
Through changes of ceremony locations, Airbnbs, and more: she was patient and considerate. She even went along with our somewhat silly idea of meeting back up a few days after our wedding to take more photos in a different landscape.
All it really comes down to is this: Lina is someone who is worth every penny and then some. I would hire her again and again. She is beyond what you could want in a photographer and a person. We are so lucky to have found her and would encourage anyone to work with her! You will be so far from disappointed that you won't even know what that word means. She is the best decision you can make!
Thank you, Lina! We adore you.
