Rainy Intimate Wedding in Glencoe | Juliette & Antoine

"The wind was lashing our faces, the rain was pouring down on us, my make-up and hair were completely destroyed and yet we were happy. I’d even say we felt alive. We ended up doing the photoshoot in the rain, shivering. And Lina, our photographer, said to us ‘I know you’re cold, but enjoy this moment’. And she was right. We’ve never felt so alive and so passionate about each other. It’s like we loved each other a little bit more, in Scotland." 

Juliette shared these words about their ceremony that I feel beautifully articulate how it can feel to get married outside in Scotland and fully embrace what the weather brings you. Juliette & Antoine shared their first trip together in Scotland and fell in love with the country at first sight. Already filled with sweet memories, they wanted to bring their family and friends along this time for a Scotland wedding adventure. They shared a first look at Glen Etive (one of my favourite parts of Glencoe!) and a walk around the landscape as the constantly changing autumn light danced around them and the mountain tops.⁣ As we reached the ceremony spot, the rain poured down and everyone laughed with joy as these two said their vows with water dripping down their faces.
